As a Senior Financial Analyst within our Pharmacy Finance group, you will be responsible for conducting monthly variance analysis and reporting for assigned customers and business segments.  You will also create financial models and perform analysis for business leaders and finance management. Primary Responsibilities:

Designing and delivering analytics and reporting of pharmacy and medical claims
Forecast costs and utilization trends and create financial modeling using claims and other health care data
Identify and implement process improvements
Analyze benchmarking data, reports, processes, and measurements
Develop/document business, analysis and reporting requirements
Evaluate and prioritize data changes and enhancements

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent field
3+ years of business experience with emphasis in financial analysis and/or other analytical functions
Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel
Attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently
Strong communication skills, written and verbal 
Preferred Qualifications:

Proficiency in SQL and/or SAS
Ability to interact effectively with different business units, team members, and external clients at all levels
Ability to deal with ambiguity and drive results
Desire to make an impact, manage multiple tasks and shift priorities quickly
