Payroll Specialist
Description:
Fast paced team environment
Pay up to 100 associates weekly
Enter and review payroll changes for taxes, direct deposit, pay rates and benefit deductions
Responsibilities for payroll include
Accurate audit of data entry into payroll systems
Quality control of data accuracy against source document
Execution and enforcement of establish company pay policies and practice
Adherence to established pre and post payroll policies and procedures as documented
Compliance with all Federal and State payroll rules and regulation
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of each payroll production
Produce accurate calculations for all payroll related payments
Qualifications:
1+ years processing with ADP
1+ years experience processing payroll experience
Strong detail orientation
Deadline driven
Analytical/critical thinker
Can work independently with little direction
Can contribute to teams when required
Focus on continuous improvement
Comfortable with technology
Strong oral, verbal skills
High school diploma, Associates or Bachelors degree preferred but not required
Salary:
Depending on experience
