JOB DESCRIPTION

The Member Service Specialist responsibilities:


-Assess and support members to resolve issues around benefit information and communicating benefit information to subscribing members and pharmacy networks
-Will handle inbound calls; call volume can reach up to 100+ calls per day and 3-5 minute average call time is the goal

**Medicare members would call in to place an order for a particular prescription,they are verifying if it's covered through medicare and will also do account updates and changes.**

QUALIFICATIONS:

- High School diploma required
- 1+ year(s) of customer service experience in a call center environment; if no call center experience, must have healthcarebackground (CNA,CMA, administration)

Shifts:Shifts between 7am- 10:30pm

(Call to disucss your preferred shift)

Must be available to work one weekend day, whether it is Saturday or Sunday. Once the schedule is set, it is permanent.
