Candidates must be able to multi-task, think on their feet, and exude the professionalism and accommodating attitude that sets MaidPro apart. Our ideal Assistant Manager will be the true right hand of the Operations Manager and wear multiple hats including managing and motivating employees, providing warm customer service, and managing day-to-day office operations. 

Performance based compensation with a full range of benefits: medical, 401k with 4% company match, profit sharing, paid sick days, and paid vacation. There are also many types of bonus you may qualify during the year.  You will be working at our Chesapeake office, 1739 Parkview Dr, Chesapeake VA. 

Job Requirement:

  • Available to work Monday – Friday, 7am to 4pm.
  • Strong employee management experience.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Exemplary customer service skills.
  • Extremely detail oriented.
  • Solid computer skills.
  • Sales experience a strong plus.
  • Previous cleaning experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities May Include:

  • Assisting Operations Manager with daily management of all employees.
  • Interviewing, training, and managing cleaning staff.
  • Managing communication between cleaners, staff, and clients during the day.
  • Managing schedules for clients and employees.
  • Providing premium quality customer service.
