Hudson Group is Now Hiring for Full-Time Beauty Advisors for their new stores at the Venetian Las Vegas and The Palazzo Las Vegas. We would love for you to join our team! 

 

GENERAL SUMMARY:         

 

 

The primary goals of the Beauty Advisor is to be an ambassador of The Brand and The Atrium by providing clients with a complete shopping experience, including enthusiastic, helpful assistance and cosmetic product knowledge.  In addition, the  beauty advisors will maximize sales potential, promote team building and client development, and maintain the impeccable customer service and presentation standards set by The Atrium.

 

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:         

 

 

 

Sales Achievements  

 

             Drive and achieve individual objectives and be accountable for sales results.

 

             Carry out promotional initiatives and programs

 

 

 

Client Relationship Management

 

             Engage with clients to develop long-term relationships, leveraging different clienteling tools in order to foster store loyalty

 

             Provide courteous and knowledgeable service to clients consistent with The Atrium’s desired client experience

 

             Handle all aspects of sales transactions including the operation of POS equipment

 

             Collaborate with other associates and managers to provide the best customer experience

 

             Build relationships with clients by contacting them to follow-up on purchases, suggest new products, and invite them to upcoming events.

 

            

 

 

 

Product Expertise

 

             Learn and master product knowledge

 

             Be a strong advisor to your clients, assessing their style and tastes matched to product recommendations

 

             Monitor and react to product in-stock positions, ensuring appropriate stock levels at all times. Communicate inventory issues / concerns to department supervision

 

             Communicate customer and product feedback/issues to the Department Manager

 

             Maintain an awareness and familiarity of competing brands

 

 

 

Store Operations

 

             Supervise operation of designated brand area

 

             Perform as a team-player; participate in activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store.

 

             Adhere to The Atrium’s standards for dress and appearance

 

             Follow store policies and procedures

 

             Ensure work area is kept clean, organized, and adheres to visual merchandising standards

 

             Assist in merchandising and restocking merchandise consistent with department standards

 

             Perform other service functions as required

 

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

             Proven ability to set and achieve sales goals

 

             Ability to work individually with little direct supervision

 

             Ability to drive sales in a customer-centered environment

 

             Excellent customer service skills and ability to deal with challenging clients

 

             Excellent verbal communication and relationship building skills

 

             Ability to build relationships, solve problems and influence others

 

             Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple priorities

 

             Must be able to work various shifts including holidays and weekends.

 

             1-2 years of previous luxury retail experience, preferably in skincare.

 

             Able to perform the functions shown as Physical Requirements and Work Environment

 

 

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS /WORK ENVIRONMENT:      

 

             Ability to withstand prolonged standing, walking, stretching, bending, climbing and kneeling without restriction, work indoors, and be exposed to various environmental factors such as, but not limited to CRT fatigue, noise, dust, and cigarette smoke.
