Ideal candidate will meet or exceed the following requirements: Must be able to pass criminal background screening processes. Must be able to pass drug screening processes. Must have no record of attendance issues in past employment. Must be willing and able to work overtime as needed. Must have HS Diploma or equivalent. Must possess basic computer skills. Must have the ability and desire to learn a variety of tasks for cross-training and promotion opportunities within the warehouse. Able to stand 8-10 hours/day Repetitive reaching, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs. Constant fine manipulation of small parts Visually able to distinguish differences in components Visually able to distinguish colors. Must possess manual dexterity, basic reading, and basic math skills. Must possess a good attitude, be a proven self-starter, and relate to others in a positive manner. Ability to use pallet jacks. Ability to follow safety procedures.
