Coordinates and administers in-store merchandising programs.

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Member service oriented individual, outgoing and personable, comfortable greeting customers and knowledgeable of our product
lines and has good listening skills.
• Knowledge of Integrated Retail, servicing members needs.
• Knowledgeable of our Shop Your Way program.
• Ability to develop and provide consultant services for our members and assisting them with selection of items.
• Building impactful and powerful displays around Holidays, Special Events and Community Events.
• Comfortable making powerful PA and Blue Light announcements.
• Utilize Top Seller report to analyze data and implement learnings to increase sales and review sell thru reporting to determine and
focus on underperforming areas.
• Ability to create visually impactful displays that correspond with company requirements and holidays
• Consistent partnership with Store Management team and District Manager.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Good communication skills.
• Constantly seek, accept and offer feedback.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of related experience
• 16 years of age or older
