As a Recruitment Coordinator with REM Ramsey, you will recruit and onboard new candidates to fill those special roles. To that end, the Recruitment Coordinator role is a fantastic role to continue your career path in Social and Human Services with a myriad of career options to move up and across the organization. REM Ramsey is seeking a REcruitmentCoordinator to assist with the recruiting and onboarding of employees, employee orientation and training. The HR Coordinator reviews safety management implementation and assists with the delivery of best practices. This individual will also review and maintain employee records, ensure compliance with regulatory and Network standards, and serve as an HR liaison and communication funnel between field and states offices. Qualifications Requirements: · 18 years of age or older · High School diploma or equivalent required plus two years of related recruiting experience · Four year degree preferred, ideally in the area of Human Resource Management · Demonstrated success recruiting in a high-volume environment and managing multiple requisitions · Experience with an Applicant Tracking System preferred and competency in keyboarding, data entry and typing · Experience facilitating training sessions · Proficient in written and oral communications · Knowledge and understanding of applicable Federal, State and local regulations and employment laws · Eligible as determined by the Bureau of Criminal Apprehension, the Department of Human Services, and the Company’s Corporate Compliance Plan · Valid driver’s license and driving record that meets insurability requirements as defined by the Company’s standards · Must have some flexibility, may require some evenings and weekends.
