Well estalished insurance organizations in Hartford, CT are searching for talented CSR's to join their teams!

The Customer Care Representative's focus is delivering quality customer service to clients, vendors and customers. The Customer Service Representative ensures all incoming calls are addressed appropriately, all of the clients service needs are documented, and outbound calls are made to Service Providers and/or clients as needed.

MUST HAVES:

Prior call center experience.

Proficient with computer and strong data entry skills.

Customer service and problem solving skills.

Work Environment:

Call Center environment. Business casual dress code.

The customer service rep will be assigned to a team, and will report into a customer service supervisor.
