My client is seeking an experienced Engineering/Architecture Manager for immediate start. The ideal candidate will have a background in Architectural project management, typically involved in most, if not all, aspects of their specific construction projects. The professional will be responsible for considering many factors as they help architectural projects involving commercial or residential buildings reach completion as specified to my client's criteria. The Architectural project manager will spend a significant portion of their time consulting with clients in an office setting. However, they also may be required to visit construction sites, where they interact with engineers, contractors and construction personnel. A key component to this role will be overseeing lower level personnel providing project oversight (primarily drafters and design team) to ensure timely completion of various modular home residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the drafting of construction plans and drawings and have proficient knowledge of AutoCAD
Interact with the salesperson and builder
