Customer Service Representative/Part Time

Aerotek is currently seeking several customer service representatives in the greater Kansas City area (Lee's Summit, MO).

Customer Service Reps will be responsible for making outbound calls for a large/reputable medical company. You will be working in their insurance services group, representing different insurance companies. Daily calls will be out to life insurance applicants to inquire about their past medical history.

• Target pay rate: $11.09/hr.
• Full-time (30 hrs) opportunities.
• Shift: Must be available anywhere from 11am-11pm (Full time) M-F with rotating Saturdays. (Multiple shifts and schedules provided)

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ year of customer service exp.
• Call center experience preferred
• Must type minimum of 30 wpm
• Comfortable with making outbound calls
