2nd Shift General Labor - Cut Table & Disc - Full-time / Part-time

Position: General Laborer - Cut Table & Disc

Starting Pay $10.00 per hour w/pay .50 cent increases per hour; upon hire, 30 days after hire, 6 months after hire & 1 year after hire.

Shift: 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm

Purpose: Manufactures high performance cycling components by working hands on and following processes and procedures to deliver the highest quality products on the market. The position follows standard work methods and practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible.

Job Responsibilities:
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by using the appropriate PPE, reporting unsafe conditions, following safety procedures, and thinking about safety at all times.
• Maintain work quality by following processes and procedures outlined during training as well as communicating quality concerns to a Lead and/or at daily Tier meeting.
• Deliver production plan by working as a team to complete the daily goals set by the operation Lead in the department that you are assigned
• Help control cost by utilizing and keeping tools, equipment, and PPE properly used during daily operations.
• Ensure all materials produced and consumed are recorded accurately through inventory control procedures.

Work Environment:
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to prepreg carbon fiber and moving parts.

Requirements:
• Must be available to work full time (40 hours per week)
o Be flexible for overtime with production volume increases, flexible to work alternate shifts
• Ability to continuously stand or walk at least 90% of the time
• Ability to bend, squat, climb step, lift frequently, and reach 40 inches
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Occasionally transfer and to be able to stock rolls of carbon in the freezer for approximately 5 minutes at a time
• Strong interpersonal skills required
• Basic computer skills
