This role will spend the majority of the day working with our staff to identify resolution to both simple and complex problems. When resolution is not readily available, this role will seek out the necessary individuals to resolve and then document for future reference.Training will be provided to become a Business Segment Liaison (BSL) which means you will be primarily responsible for onboarding new employees, acquiring access to systems and software as well as ordering equipment and also troubleshooting basic technical challenges with software and systems. You will maintain a supply SharePoint to receive and fill orders for supplies. You will also be asked to complete other administrative tasks as needed and challenged to find innovative solutions to streamline processes and improve efficiencies. You will work closely with the Project Management team and opportunities to stretch your skills into more direct project management will be available should you desire to seize them. You will be expected to communicate directly with a variety of internal customers and proactively surface issues and barriers to your supervisor.The right candidate for this role will be energetic and passionate about living Our United Culture. This position will serve as the first experience new employees have with the health plan and will be responsible for engaging our employees in their onboarding experience.Primary Responsibilities:

Possess strong professional verbal and written communication skills, as well as, organizational skills
Handle confidential information discretely and possess integrity, abide by the highest ethical standards and maintain a transparent and readily available audit trail
Must be flexible, willing to assist others and be diplomatic in stressful situations
Work independently and be a self-starter who can work within a changing environment
Ability to work as a team player with a positive attitude
Demonstrate strong customer service skills in a professional environment

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required
Must be available to travel up to 25% to local offices within the Texas area
Must be available to work overtime as needed
Must be proficient with MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Experience troubleshooting technically related issues such as hardware, software or telephonic
1+ years of Administrative Support in a fast paced business environment
Experience with SharePoint
Experience with training or leading classroom activities or educational events
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Visio is a plus
