Aerotek is currently hiring for the Nation's Leading Providor in Healthcare Compliance, at their Corporate Headquarters in Northbrook, IL. This is a full time position with opporutnity for growth

Qualifications:

  • Must have Customer Service Experience (Call Center Preferred) in an office/corporate setting.
  • Must demonstrate proven tenure in work history.
  • Must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Desire to work within a Corporate enviornment.
  • Experience utilzing dual montiors- preferred.
  • Experienced performance measuring in QA.
  • Bilingual in Spanish- Preferred, not required.

Reponsibilities Include, but are not limited to:

*Using excellent communication and multitasking skills, responds timely to customer inquiries and process requests, according to established standards with attention to style, tone, and manner of communication, received through the automated ADC system, mail, or email regarding inquiries on invoices, payments, and collections as outlined by the Customer Service Manager, positioning products and services to customers.
*Must be able to research customer issues and find workable solutions.
*Provides feedback to management on ways to increase efficiencies and the effectiveness of servicing customer's needs.
*Performs necessary record keeping activities.
