Ecommerce Administrative Assistant -- Part time position

Currently we are looking for a part time ecommerce administrative assistant. This position requires a professional and self-motivated individual with great customer services skills. Approximately 20-25 hours per week. Monday-Sunday 9am to 5pm with the opportunity for more hours later. The major responsibility for this position include assisting staff with tasks and projects.


Major duties include but not limited to:

Updating and adding products to eBay, Amazon, website, etc.

Running mass emailing

Writing product descriptions

Searching for new ideas to market and grow our company

Create spreadsheets

Complete additional projects, tasks assigned to them

Monitoring our social media

Emailing

SEO

Assist in other areas of the company as needed which will include packaging and labeling

Answering phones



Requirements:

Computer skills a must

Knowledgeable in word, excel and email (preferably outlook)

Great verbal communication and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize

Able to work at a fast pace

Able to work with minimum direct supervision

Able to work as a team


Education and experience:

Associates degree (preferred)
