insurance Sales Agent - medical & life - Full-time / Part-time

seeking dynamic individuals for 50 health & life insurance agent positions, immediate hires. The company Is rapidly growing, they just added 4 locations, due to the growth. This role has potential for career advancement into management.. It pays 17 hour, plus $40 on each lead turned into new contract. Benefits include: health, dental, vision, matched 401k. They are gearing up for open enrollment, starting Oct 15th & need 50 licensed Insurance agents trained, certified and hired. Must have health license 215 and/or 240, must be bilingual (English/ Spanish) & have at least 1 yr selling health, life products. Responsibilities:* Approaches potential clients by utilizing mailings and phone solicitation; making presentations to groups at; speaking publicly to community groups on the subject of financial well-being.* Determines clients' particular needs and financial situations by scheduling appointments; determining extent of present coverage and investments; ascertaining long-term goals.* Responsible for handling incoming calls, educating prospects on insurance products and enrolling them into correct plans. Selling Health & Life products* Heavy inside phone sales (90%) and 10% outside.
