The Associate Director is a support and operations position that requires background in business process development to support the Formulary Management Services (FMS) business segment.

Primary Responsibilities:


Develop process to create rebate reports for specific formularies or benefit designs from master rebate database

Develop process to pre-populate rebate rates into net-cost-to-payer financial models for specific therapeutic class drug formulary scenarios

Develop and maintain WAC history database and GUI application that shows WAC increase trend for a given time period

Develop process to extract claims, rebate data, Medi-Span drug information, formularies, and WAC histories.

Secure and maintain a system platform where claims, rebate data, Medi-Span drug information, formularies, WAC history information, and all mapping files can be stored and manipulated

Improve and enhance net-cost-to-payer financial model

Develop process to convert custom formularies to Excel file format

Communicate results of process development, financial impact, and analysis to appropriate stakeholder groups (i.e. Affordability, Pricing, Accrual, Accounting, Forecasting, Underwriting, Rebate Billing, IR Operations, and other internal customers)

Any other duties that may be required by the IRB-FMS department

Requirements

Required Qualifications:


4+ years of experience in SQL, SAS and VBA

6+ years of experience in multi-source data environment

6+ years of experience in system and data integration

Intermediate Excel Skills (charts, graphs, basic formulas, import/export data)

Intermediate MS Office including Word, Access and PowerPoint
