We are seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant for our National Accounts Client management team for the Southeastern US based in Atlanta, GA. This person will support a team of 10 Strategic Client Executives, 1 Regional Vice President and 1 Medical Director. This team travels extensively to serve our clients. The successful Candidate will be a fast learner, very organized and passionate about customer service.

Primary Responsibilities:


Preparation of PowerPoint presentations and having presentations printed and bound, coordinating with the Print Shop

Maintaining calendars and managing / organizing meetings

Making travel arrangements

Copying, faxing, setting up files

Tracking expenses, and coordinating building and equipment maintenance

Communicate well with clients in person and via phone and escalating concerns as necessary

Maintain a high level of customer service; answering phones with a smile

Perform some Business Segment Liaison (BSL) duties as assigned such as onboarding

Scheduling appointments as needed

Maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times

Managing multiple tasks and take on additional duties as assigned
 

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

High school education or equivalent experience
4+ years of experience in a professional environment
1+ years of administrative support and strong customer service experience
Intermediate level or higher in PowerPoint experience
Strong Calendar management and Travel Planning Skills
Intermediate proficiency or greater in Microsoft Office MS Outlook, Excel, Word (creating and editing documents) 
Proficient ability to bind and create PowerPoint presentations.
Preferred Qualifications:

5+ years experience in supporting senior level executives as an administrative or executive assistant
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong organization skills
Strong Written Communication Skills
