A Dental Insurance Provider is seeking enthuastic, passionate individuals for Customer Service Positions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
* Successfully complete the required basic training, able to perform basic job functions with help from co-workers, specialists and managers on non-basic issues.
* Provide accurate and professional responses to all inquiries with a customer centric focus meeting our first call resolution standards of service.
* Demonstrate full engagement through day-to-day interactions and performance to enhance internal and external customer experience and satisfaction, peer relationships and the overall mission of WDS.
* Respond to customer questions via telephone and written correspondence regarding insurance benefits, provider contracts, eligibility and claims.
* Analyze problems and provide information/solutions.
* Thoroughly document inquiry outcomes for accurate tracking and analysis.
* Develop and maintain positive customer relations and coordinate with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests and questions are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
* Required to meet department goals and communicate clearly both written and verbally.
* Understand and preserve operational goals as well as drive and motivate fellow team members to accomplish them.
* Project a professional demeanor and exude confidence while utilizing established core values.
* Perform research on unclear items through use of available resources.
* Clear knowledge of product offerings and company policies/practices.
* Ability to multi-task, maintain workloads efficiently, and prioritize assignments appropriately.
* Stay apprised of and maintain proficiency on all policies/guidelines and system functionalities.
* Attend meetings and training sessions, appropriately participating in a positive, professional and open minded manner.
* Escalate concerns in a professional manner, following proper channels, provide options and solutions if applicable.
* Perform similar duties as assigned by Supervisor.
