Customer Service Representative

Aerotek is seeking 5 customer service representatives that will work with members and employer groups (companies) to help them better understand our products and services.

The setting is fast paced, and customer satisfaction is a top priority. People who thrive in our organization can handle multiple tasks while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Successfully complete the required basic training, able to perform basic job functions with help from co-workers, specialists and managers on non-basic issues.
* Provide accurate and professional responses to all inquiries with a customer centric focus meeting our first call resolution standards of service.
* Demonstrate full engagement through day-to-day interactions and performance to enhance internal and external customer experience and satisfaction, peer relationships and the overall mission of WDS.
* Respond to customer questions via telephone and written correspondence regarding insurance benefits, provider contracts, eligibility and claims.
* Analyze problems and provide information/solutions.
* Thoroughly document inquiry outcomes for accurate tracking and analysis.
* Develop and maintain positive customer relations and coordinate with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests and questions are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
