We are currently seeking Customer Service Representatives to join our Dynamic and growing team.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer telephone calls and satisfy customer needs from all pest and bird control, vegetation management, deer repellant, bioremediation, and termite areas during meetings, when districts experience high call volume after regular bsiness hours.
  • Make quality assurance and termite warranty calls, credit card expiration date calls, and perform general clerical duties when assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a customer service background taking where they averaged a minimum of 30-40 calls per day.
  • Call center experience preferred
  • 3+ Years of Customer Service experience
  • Proficient Computer Skills
