Sourcer

A company in Cherry Hill is looking for a full time Sourcer who will be responsible for:

• Developing Boolean searches to identify candidates for recruiters to call
• Will be sourcing
• Working in ATS system and LinkedIn to do so.
• Tracking applicant interviews and assisting in scheduling.
• Working closely to the Recruiting manager for all sales positions
• Will be scrubbing postings (so out of 50 people that apply, will only source the most qualified)
• Will assist in any admin work, for example, if candidates need to fill out background contact them and assist in the communication
• Assisting in the recruiting process and working in the team to move the hiring goal forward

Must Haves:

• Applicant tracking system experience or sourcing experience
• Junior recruiting experience

Additional Information:

• Mon. - Fri. 9:00am - 5:00pm (some OT may be required)
