We are currently seeking available Bilingual Customer Service Reps in the greater Kansas City area.
Bilingual CSR's will be responsible for fielding calls for a medical facility. Duties will include: handling incoming phone calls from patients and scheduling appointments in the proper clinic. MUST be bilingual in Spanish and English. Experience in a medical setting is a plus.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent
Bilingual - Fluent in Spanish/English
1-2 years of call center experience
Medical Terminology preferred
