H.S dpiloma/GED, 1+ years experience in call center

Description:

Answer inbound calls from consumers, family members, provider community and other state agencies to verify eligibility status, benefits, complaints and explaining behavioral health system processes. Document call in up to 4 computer systems. Make outbound calls to coordinate care between consumers, providers, pharmacies and governmental agencies. Assist Back other departments with data entry for enrollments, demographic updates, outreach to providers for the Severe Mental Illness (SMI) department, complaint log clean up and Urgent Medication enrollments. Responsible for reporting on Customer Statistics and Pharmacy call volume. Track complaints, provider referrals, provider training needs, success stories and trainings completed.

**Will be responsible for handling inbound calls from members (Medicaid or Medicare) regarding there benefits

Ex. want to change doctor, need a different appointment, general benefits exp)

*ZERO absences/tardies during training(if missed, is grounds for termination)

*ZERO absences/tardies during 1st full week on the floor(grounds for termination)

*Must notify of any absences in the first 90 days before starting
