About this job
Candidates will be:
Handling inbound calls and makes outbound calls regarding benefit, pension, and 401K plans to planned participants.
- These Client Representatives will document and communicate program information to various departments
- They are responsible for educating the caller on their options and giving them recommendations on their plans
- They will also monitor plan activity and identify any key issues, upcoming challenges, or potential concerns
- Spending approximately 90% of time on the phones, averaging around 50-70 calls a day
- Handle a high volume of calls in a fast paced environment
Nice to Have:
- Customer service experience or industry related experience!
- Insurance experience
