Customer Service Representative
- Taking inbound calls to service customers having technical problems
- Provide effective troubleshooting to attempt to solve problem via telephone
- Provide effective follow up on resolved issues to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Entering data into their proprietary database throughout entire process
Must have troubleshooting and customer service experience
Schedule: Monday- Friday, first shift
Pay:$12 per hour
