About this job

Reports to: Sr. Residential Associate                                                                        

Purpose: Ensures the safety and well-being of each individual assigned to his/her care. The Resident Associate will provide direct care for residents.  Job requirements include providing safety, care, support and programming necessary for each individual to be able to achieve the greatest degree of independence possible.

Qualifications:  High School Diploma/GED
