Positions
in this function analyze and monitor the existing business and
competitive landscape and provide support for strategic marketing
initiatives. Positions manage and develop primary research (surveys,
focus groups, etc.) associated with customers, members, brokers,
products, advertising, and brand.Perform sophisticated analyses on Net Promoter Scores and evaluate the impact of these scores on business KPIs
 Primary Responsibilities:
Evaluate and analyze Net Promoter Score data to find correlations with business KPIsEvaluate NPS key driver analyses request and provide insights back to the businessDevelop roadmap of how the various NPS analyses become part of broader consumer experience analytics ecosystemCreate and deliver standard consumer insights around NPS related to consumer profiling to key stakeholdersDevelop predictive models based on NPS results that demonstrate the impact of employing strategies to influence the scoresUndertake rigorous and meticulous data analysis to
extract and distill key population insights that will be consumed by
functions such as business strategy, product marketing, and consumer
marketingWork Skills/Experience: 

Ability to query databases and perform statistical analysis; strong understanding of statistics and statistical theory Strong communication skills (written and verbal); ability to present communication plans to customersHighly evolved problem-solving skills and adept at understanding and resolving unstructured problemsStrong team player, adept in multi-taskingActively works to resolve project challenges and facilitates knowledge transfer between team members

Requirements

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree (or higher)1+ year of statistical modeling experience in applications such as SAS, Stata, or SPSS.Knowledge of extracting and developing key consumer insights within a populationProficiency in distilling insights and presenting to business leadershipExperience utilizing both qualitative analysis (e.g.,
content analysis, hypothesis testing) and quantitative analysis
techniques (e.g., cluster analysis, inferential statistics)
Preferred Qualification:
Healthcare industry experience
