Home Care Sales/Marketing Consultant (Senior Care)

We are looking for a talented Sales & Marketing professional who has a passion for working in the Senior Care industry and possesses a strong desire and commitment to be a senior care resource, helping improve the lives of seniors in our community.

Home Instead Senior Care has been providing care for seniors in their home in the greater Long Beach area since 1999.  We have been awarded the Press Telegrams' Reader's Choice award for being the best senior in-home care company in Long Beach for six consecutive years. We have an immediate need for a dynamic sales/marketing consultant who wants to build and nurture our presence as a resource in the greater Long Beach community.

As a pivotal player in our business, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships, building strategic alliances, organizing community events and networking with physicians, hospital case managers, social workers and a variety of healthcare and senior services professionals.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• 3 years prior consultative sales experience
• Prior Senior Care industry experience a plus
• Established contacts in the senior care industry and Long Beach area medical community a plus
• Demonstrated ability to assess and develop solutions for referral network partners, clients and family members
• Valid Driver's License and current automobile insurance
• Superior oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Familiarity with MS Office suite of products
