Aceituna Grill is a “fast casual” Mediterranean restaurant in Kendall Square, with a second location opening Fall 2016 in Boston’s Seaport district.  We use the freshest ingredients and take pride in the fact that we make all of our food in-house from scratch.  We love providing our customers with an authentic Mediterranean offering that not only tastes amazing but is healthy too!

Our cooks are the heart of the restaurant.  They prepare every dish from scratch using our carefully crafted recipes.  They clean and cut vegetables, prepare and season meats, create delicious salads and scratch made sides, assemble takeout orders and learn the secrets of authentic Mediterranean cuisine.

We need friendly people in the kitchen who…

  • Know their way around a commercial kitchen and have some culinary experience
  • Are looking to be part of a small and growing restaurant company with a differentiated and DELICIOUS food offering
  • Are willing to learn about our cuisine and mission statement
  • Are detailed-oriented and can respect the “playbook” we have fine-tuned over the years and has led to our strong reputation and loyal following
  • Like to work in and contribute to a clean and safe working environment
  • Have ambitions to work hard and grow within the organization
  • Have the flexibility to work at either the Kendall Square location or new Seaport location, at least temporarily / occasionally
  • Work well with a team and like to help others
  • Have the skill to speak and understand English clearly!
  • Keep clean and follow the Serve Safe Guidelines while preparing, cooking, and serving the food
