Job duties include:
Customer Service reps will be taking calls from members and questions on benefits, claims, payments, differnet products etc. with the goal of resolution and retention. These calls will be 99% inbound and 1% outbound (reps may call Pharmacys or Dr. Offices to gather information for customer).

Salary: $15-16hr
Hours: Hours do vary as this company is open 24/7. The more flexible the candidate is the better chance for an opportunity there is. They will have day hours as well as second shift hours available on a first come first servce basis. CANDIDATES MUST WORK ONE WEEKEND DAY ON THEIR CONSISTENT SCHEDULES BUT WILL HAVE A WEEK DAY OFF IN RETURN.
Training Hours: They currently have openings for day training and evening training from 3pm-11:30pm
Department Hours: Company is open 24/7
Required experience:
- 2+ years of recent customer service experience either in a call center or related setting and a strong work history
Required education:
- High school
