JOB SUMMARY:  General duties associated with the daily mail service, with shipping and receiving and with the procurement of required resort materials on a daily basis.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  Includes but not limited to the following.

• Collect, sort and deliver mail to specified locations in and about the resort.
• Receive, log and deliver incoming orders. 
• Prepare, log and track outgoing shipments.
• Create Requisitions in COUPA and follow through P2P process.
• Resolve issues with Unpayable invoices.
• Drive a Northstar vehicle in varied weather conditions.
• Assist other departments as necessary.

  QUALIFICATIONS :

• The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds or more. 

 

• Minimum of a High school diploma or general education degree (G.E.D.) is required.  Applicant must have basic computer skills including basic understanding of Excel Spreadsheets, Microsoft Word, Outlook and the Internet.

 

• Applicant should have the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions and procedural manuals.   Applicant needs the ability to communicate effectively and professionally in person and on the phone. 

 

• Need a valid U.S. Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
