Responsibilities:

•Lead, motivate, coach and develop 6-12 LP associates.
•Establish a strategy to operate an efficient, productive and safe department.
•Prioritize direction and deliver value-add results on the daily and TJX Company goals.
•Reassess and evolve plans based on resources (time, dollars, people), and desired outcome.
•Develop and meet budgetary goals.
•Assess risk and upside when developing plans and making decisions.
•Proactively identify issues/opportunities and work to resolve/capitalize on them.
•Conduct investigations of incidents, accidents and situations that affect the assets of the Company.
•Build relationships, gets the right partners involved through effective communication.

Requirements:

• Four plus years Loss Prevention experience in a Distribution, Manufacturing or retail environment or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience managing hourly associates on multiple shifts.
• Using active listening skills and having the patience to hear people out.
• Analyzing trends and proactively developing strategies to remove barriers for the associates and the business.
• Speaking directly and clearly, sharing information appropriately, fostering open dialogue and providing timely and constructive feedback to others.
• Delivering value-add results by setting challenging goals and high standards for self and others.
• Fostering a professional environment of trust and confidentiality Leads with vision, that includes anticipating future consequences and trends.
• Developing, coaching and holding employees accountable, creating an environment where people want to do their best Learning, developing and continuous improvement of self to grow and develop with the TJX Company.
• Using certified investigative techniques such as Wicklander-Zulawski.
• Knowing when to get the right partners involved regarding situational incidents, such as law enforcement, executive leadership and/or corporate partners.
• Able to relocate in the future for promotional opportunities is a plus
