You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for California Closets in-home design consultations, resulting in you setting up appointments with our team of Design Consultants. You will be responsible for keeping the showroom in tip-top shape, and answering any incoming calls or inquiries. Great opportunity for someone looking to get a foot in the door in this industry as there is room to grow.
We expect our associates to be responsible for:
* Daily operation (open and close) of our showrooms
* Greeting clients, guiding through the showroom and educating them on our product and process.
* Various administrative duties.
* Assisting our skilled design & sales staff
* Light cleaning
Ideally, we would like our Associates to grow in the following areas:
* Knowledge of the industry as a whole; encompassing our organizational structures, culture, brand, and ethics.
* Knowledge of our products and vocabulary to be applied in the work environment.
* Our Interior Design and Sales process
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Must have a car to get to and from our showroom locations on time
* Must be able to work weekends and flexible on weekdays.
