About this job

-Take inbound calls from customer and assist with questions on accounts
-Help customers troubleshoot and navigate online banking system
-Educate customers on the polices that can affect their accounts
-Apply strong problem solving skills to resolve complex account issues
-Educate customers on options to avoid future fees.
-Recommend the right products and services to our customers based on their individual needs.
-Open new products and services for customers

-Majority of the calls will be inbound , aside from some outbound follow up calls with customers

Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
9 months of customer service experience
