About this job

Our Front of House positions include:

Cashier: You will greets guests and take their orders properly, answering all guest questions, and using suggestive selling by rounding out meals. You will maintain a pleasant personality and appearance, and be knowledgeable of the electronic register to ensure accuracy and speed. You will also become knowledgeable on the menu and portion sizes to assist guest needs. In addition, you will maintain a clean work area, organized and properly stocked at all times.

Dining Room Attendant: You will maintain the dining area in a clean, neat, organized and sanitary condition at all the times during your shift. You will assure clean tables, trash receptacle areas, seating, Floors, rest rooms and all other guest areas. In addition you will perform customer relations.

Guest Attendant: Exhibits guest focused behaviors such as smiling and making eye contact, behaving professionally, greeting guests. Ensures Salsa bar is clean and fully set up prior to the meal period. Crocks are clean and full, pumps are operational, additional items such as hot sauce, lemon juice and vinegar are clean and available. Ensures the drink station, napkins and utensil areas are clean and fully stocked prior to the meal period. Maintains the cleanliness of all of the above and other areas of responsibility as assigned by the manager. Communicates and interacts effectively with other team members to maximize efficiency and speed of service.

Host/Hostess: Welcome, Greet and Assist the Guests.  Assist families with children, senior citizens and large groups. Assist the guests with the Menu. Be sure to maintain cleanliness of the Dining Room, Salsa Bar and Rest Rooms at all times.  If tables are in short supply and traffic is heavy- assist the guests by directing them to a table. Table touch by checking and making sure every guest has utensils, napkins and condiments. Make sure the every guest feels welcomed.  Invite them to come back.  Handle customers complaints.
