Assembly Production - Full-time / Part-time

La Crosse’s premier heat exchanger fabrication plant is looking to add long term Industrial Assemblers to their team. Associates will be working in various areas to build heat exchanges for clients worldwide. Areas associates will work in include: insulating, building, setting up, assembling and fabricating. Candidates that exhibit a strong background in heavy industrial and construction are preferred. Responsibilities for Industrial Assemblers include, but are not limited to:

• Measure and cut material using tape measures and hand tools
• Set up and operate machines as needed
• Install heat exchangers components
• Test electrical circuits and/or components for endurance
• Comply with all applicable standards, policies and procedures
• Read blueprints and design to specifications
• Basic housekeeping duties
• Any other duties as assigned

Skills required for successful candidates include:

• Ability to read a tape measure
• Attention to detail
• Familiarity with hand tools such as rivet guns, utility knives, welders, shears and presses

We have 1st & 2nd shift positions open.

1st shift: 6:00AM-2:30PM Monday-Friday

2nd shift: 2:00PM-12:00AM Monday-Thursday

Wage depends on experience, starting at $10.00 per hour.
