Help customers learn the ropes of their consoles and learn to use all the awesome features available to them. As a part of our team, your passion for gaming and customer service will take you to the top of the ranks of Customer Care Professionals (CCPs) at Sykes Home. 

Have you or anyone you know experienced issues with a gaming consoles and been frustrated with the support available?  Here’s your chance to provide billing, technical, and connectivity-support for customers that experience issues with their gaming accounts and consoles.  Help your end user get the most out of their video game experience!  You need to be a problem-solver, passionate about finding the answers, and engage the customer while doing it, we need you to resolve issues for your customers, the first time they call.

General Qualifications  

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

Nice to have (but not required):

  • Video game knowledge
  • Customer Service experience is a MUST!
  • Available to work up to 10.5 hours in a day, evenings and weekends!


PAY RATE:  

  • Training hours will be paid at your state's minimum wage
  • Nesting and production hours will be paid at $9.50 per hour  
  • Incentives, extra dollars per hour, available for working less desirable hours!

Your Scheduled Shift / Time Off  

  • Before requesting time off, you must complete 30 days on the job after training graduation
  • Please be able to commit to your shift for 12 months after training graduation
  • All hires will be expected to work during holidays 
  • If a holiday falls on your scheduled work day you will be required to work. Holiday pay is paid at 1 1/2 times regular pay. 

      Training  

  • 100% attendance to training and on the job training is required. Successful candidates are requested to complete a 12-month commitment to this program before consideration can be made to move to other SYKES Home powered by Alpine Access programs.
  • Training is full time even if you select a part time shift
