About this job

Essential Job Functions:

  • Managing office paperwork including customer invoices, sales orders, receiving reports, bills of ladling and outbound shipping documents
  • Create/Analyze charts and graphs of production data.
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision and be comfortable with technology
  • Making collection inquires
  • Ability to handle customer calls and provide general sales support
  • Must be well organized, detail oriented and work well under pressure with urgency
  • Attention to detail required
  • Screens and directs calls using discretion in communicating with internal and external clients with ability to handle sensitive information

Requirements include:

  • Experience with Accounts Receivable, QuickBooks accounting software preferred.
  • MS Office proficient especially Excel
  • Possess excellent communication skills - verbal and in writing
  • Strong computer, organization and customer service skills
  • 2-3 years experience working in a busy manufacturing / distribution/ industrial office environment
