About this job
Essential Job Functions:
- Managing office paperwork including customer invoices, sales orders, receiving reports, bills of ladling and outbound shipping documents
- Create/Analyze charts and graphs of production data.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision and be comfortable with technology
- Making collection inquires
- Ability to handle customer calls and provide general sales support
- Must be well organized, detail oriented and work well under pressure with urgency
- Attention to detail required
- Screens and directs calls using discretion in communicating with internal and external clients with ability to handle sensitive information
Requirements include:
- Experience with Accounts Receivable, QuickBooks accounting software preferred.
- MS Office proficient especially Excel
- Possess excellent communication skills - verbal and in writing
- Strong computer, organization and customer service skills
- 2-3 years experience working in a busy manufacturing / distribution/ industrial office environment
