We are seeking a Customer Service Representative(CSR) who is ready and excited for true responsibility and accountability at a successful growing business!  

Candidates must be able to multi-task, think on their feet, and exude the professionalism and accommodating attitude that sets our comaony apart.

In this role, you will be the the first experince a cleint has with the company . We respond to all inquiries in a "fun", courteous and professional manner via phone and email communications. Your goal will be to provide warm customer service and ensure all quality concerns are recognized and proper measurements are taken. 

The CSR works closely with and supports management with sales, daily business operations and marketing related activites.

Required skills

  1. Customer Service and/or Sales experience
  2. People person who enjoys contact with existing and new clients mainly over the phone, able to relate to a variety of people in a responsible and cooperative manner
  3. VERY STRONG proven written and verbal communication skills (Excellent telephone skills)
  4. Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
  5. Capable of neat, thorough, accurate work with EXCELLENT organizational skills 
  6. Extremely detail oriented
  7. Proven multitasking ability MUST be able to work under pressure and handle interruptions
  8. Solid Computer skills including but not limited to email, Word, Excel and able to learn to use new software applications with ease
  9. Must be available Monday - Friday 7.30am - 4.30pm
  10. Bilingual - Fluent in Oral and Written SPANISH
  11. Office experience a big plus
  12. Sales experience a strong plus
