Job Description:

Capable of performing Massage Envy customized facial sessions in which the quality of touch, product application, flow, pressure and draping is safe, professional and therapeutic. Must be able to recommend retail products to our customers for home care use to maintain their results between facials and perform facial consultations and skin analysis when not performing facials.

Essential Duties:

• Greet guests & members in professional, friendly manner.
• Customize every session, utilizing available facial protocols and enhancements, based on your professional evaluation and your client’s individual needs.
• Ensure we have proper consent prior to performing a session.
• Perform 60 and 90 minute customized facial sessions within the scope of training.
• Create an excellent experience for every session through friendly and helpful attitude.
• Promote the amazing benefits of regular facials and hydration.
• Maintain your space and keep it clean and hygienic.
• Be you, be fun, be professional and be a team player!

Education, Skills and Experience:

• Must be licensed to practice in the state of Indiana and adhere to local and state laws.
• Completed a minimum of 500 hours of education.
• Understands the healing benefits of massage therapy, facials and bodywork.
• Satisfactory results of background and reference check is a condition of employment.

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to interact and communicate effectively with members/guests, co-workers, management and vendors in a fun and fast paced environment.
• Must be able to use equipment and protocols provided for facials and enhancements.
• Must be able to prioritize and perform multiple tasks.
• Able to work flexible days and hours.
• Is regularly at work and on time, as scheduled.

Communications and Personal Interactions:

• Must be customer service oriented.
• Must communicate effectively (orally and written) and in a courteous and professional manner on a regular basis with members, guests, co-workers, management and vendors.
• Follows management’s policies, procedures and direction.
• Accepts constructive criticism in a positive manner and uses it as a learning tool.
