We have a full-time/part-time opening for a Denver Zoo- Lead Line cook.

Job Description:

Catering chefs and line cooks are responsible for preparing high-quality food at a quick pace for both customers and employees. Other requirements for this position include, but are not limited to, operation of large-volume cooking equipment, compliance with food safety guidelines, and maintenance of a clean and neat workstation.

There are four main restaurants onsite that serve a unique culinary experience with pizza, fry, grill, prep, and line cook stations. Catering prep takes place in our main kitchen. Service standards range from buffet to 5-star plated events.

Job Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Must understand written and oral communication
• Must have Internet access

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of previous culinary experience, can train with no experience

Hours: Shifts are available Monday through Sunday, 8:00 am - 10:30pm
