Lead Baker
Two Caterers is seeking a Lead Baker. The Lead Baker is an excellent supervisor as well as talented artist in the kitchen. This culinary leader is innovative and inspiring to the team while delivering large productions of excellent quality bakery items. Maintaining a neat and clean work space and professional appearance are essential. The Bakery Lead is an extroverted team player who enjoys collaboration and understands on-site and off-site catering.

The Lead Baker is able to work independently, follow recipes, keep a sharp eye on quality control, prioritize, and delegate. He or she has excellent time management skills, knows how to multi-task and is not afraid to ask for help when needed. Most of all the Lead Baker is passionate about creating great food.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Bakeshop Lead's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Making and baking breads, cookies, and muffins from scratch
-Decorating cookies made from scratch
-Creating and making caramel and fruit sauces from scratch
-Making creme brulee and other desserts from scratch
-Other duties as directed
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required
-Culinary Degree
-3-5 years of experience in a similar position, including making bread and other baked goods from scratch
-Flexible availability -- early mornings or overnight shifts may be required
Preferred
-Hot and cold line experience
