On-Call Supervisor
Home Instead Senior Care provides non medical care to seniors in home.
We are seeking a weekend on call supervisor to work closely with the staff coordinators to provide the highest quality service to clients and caregivers.
• Position will be 2 weeknights each week and 2 weekends a month
• Arrive at the Home Instead Senior Care office in the afternoon by 4:30pm to review the schedules with Staffing Coordinator.
• Answer and respond to all incoming telephone calls, on company pager and cell phone
• Schedule shifts as they come open due to calls-offs or added service hours
• Communicate with caregivers and clients regarding any scheduling changes
• Take messages and document all calls so office staff knows what occurred and if response is needed
• If there is a call off and a replacement cannot be found the on call supervisor will fill in for the shift
• Arrive at Home Instead Senior Care by 8:30am to transfer all materials and review
with staff what occurred over the during on call period.
