Job Summary:
Performs routine customer service phone support to client specific needs. Work is performed under regular supervision.

You will be responsible for reviewing potentially fraudulent credit card transactions. You will be responsible for reviewing and researching customer accounts that demonstrate potentially suspicious activity from a variety of reporting sources which generate transactional alerts. Fraud Investigators will have client contact via outbound calls to customers who could be affected by the possible fraudulent transactions. Fraud Investigators will also take inbound phone calls from customers and/or operational departments within the client group to assist customers. Approximately 80% of the representative's day is spent at a computer terminal doing research. Approximately 20% of the representative's day is spent performing customer contact functions.

This is a full-time, regular employment opportunity with Global Receivables Solutions (An Alorica company) - this position has a starting wage of $11.00 per hour. Qualifications


Minimum Education and Experience:
* High School Diploma or GED required; graduation from a college with an Associate's degree preferred
* Customer service experience
* Phone related customer service
* Familiarity with Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel applications
* Other client specific requirements as necessary
