MAXX Properties owns and manages apartment communities in seven states across the country and we are acquiring a 400+ unit community in Salt Lake City, UT in October 2016.  We are looking for the right candidate to join our ever growing family and our team.  We invite you to tour our website: to get a better understanding about what MAXX Properties is all about.

We are looking for a skilled and talented Maintenance Supervisor to join our team.  The success candidate would be asked to perform the following

* Prepare or assist in preparing vacant apartments.

*  Perform routine maintenance functions such as changing light bulbs, filter changes, repair appliances, install/repair window coverings, plumbing skills, orders supplies, maintains upkeep of maintenance carts & shop, etc., maintain integrity of bldgs. exterior, .pool and sprinkler system maintenance, and HVAC maintenance.

* Record findings in a maintenance log.

* Clean pool as needed.

* Handle and respond to resident service request in a timely and professional fashion.

* Perform on-call services.

* Move heavy objects from one area to another.

* Must be able to use heavy machinery.

* Inspection various common areas, grounds, and apartment units in the community.

* Must be available to perform on-call emergencies on a rotational basis.

* Assist with the upkeep of the grounds.

* Assist other staff members as needed.

 In order to be considered for this position, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent and some basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems/functions.  Trade and/or technical school training is a plus. One year or more of hands-on-general maintenance is required.  You must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.  HVAC or EPA certification is required. You must pass our background check process.
