Position Overview

As a Part Time Relationship Expansion Sales Representative, you will provide routine service and sales support to PNC   customers through inbound and outbound customer contact. You will seek out new opportunities with our existing customers by selling, referring, and recommending additional products and/or services in efforts to expand and grow new relationships. You will communicate directly with customers, as well as internal and external service partners, to effectively resolve issues, questions, and service requests. Conversations with customers can take place through various channels, such as phone, email, and chat. The Customer Care Center is based in Kalamazoo, MI.

 

Job Profile


  • Performs customer service and sales support activities and initiatives. Transitions the conversation to present sales opportunities to increase share of wallet.
  • Receives, investigates and responds to customer service and sales inquiries regarding basic products, services and issues via all channels through which customers are served.
  • Cross-sells applicable products and services. Recommends appropriate solutions. Follows defined treatments and/or employs active listening skills to present alternative solutions.
  • Maintains high levels of customer satisfaction consistent with PNC's core values. Demonstrates commitment to quality through customer and service partner interactions. Refers complex or reoccurring issues to management.
  • Documents customer interactions, documents results of sales activities and completes service requests.
