Ajilon Professional Staffing is currently hiring for multiple Customer Care jobs in Bellevue and Seattle. Your will be responsible for providing stellar customer service to customers as they call in with questions and inquiries. You will ensure that information is explained accurately and efficiently in order to provide customer satisfaction. Pay for the roles are between $14.00 and $17.00 per hour depending on the role and location.
Customer Care Specialist Job Responsibilities:
* Serve as a liaison between customers, support team and management
* Assist customers directly or route customers to the appropriate personnel as needed
* Develop and maintain product knowledge
* Monitor inbound calls and provide customer service regarding inquiries and questions
* Manage and process orders for products and services
Qualifications:
* 1-2 years of customer service experience is a plus
* Proficient in Microsoft Suite
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* High organizational skill, strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Positive attitude
