What will I be doing?

To maximize tour bookings and profit generation through achieving targeted goals and driving pentration while maintining budgeted costs.

 

  • To provide overall leadership and support of Hilton Grand Vacations’ Waikoloa marketing programs, processes, and team members. 
  • The Senior Marketing Manager- In House will be responsible for the development and implementation of new creative marketing programs that maximize tour flow, with an emphasis on sustained growth of Club Use penetration, sales efficiency and guest experiance.   
  • Will be responsible for the recruitment, training and development of In House Marketing Representatives.  Coordinate with In House Sales leaders to ensure effective tour management and maintain open lines of communication regarding new procedures, programs or policies.
  • Will manage the day-to-day operations at the resort level, including management of Marketing Representatives to ensure an exceptional owner experience while  operating in unison with Hotel Operations, Support Services, and Vendors to achieve goals.   
  • The Senior Marketing Manager- In House will also be required to support the marketing department in other functions as defined by the Director of Marketing.

Required Qualifications\:

 

  • 2 years timeshare industry related management experience.
  • Proven ability to develop and communicate unique ideas/concepts. Ability to motivate and train teams.
  • Proven ability to exceed performance targets and deliver customer satisfaction.
  • Must have strong organizational skills to manage multiple duties and work in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to have positive daily interactions with others and influence skill set to achieve targeted goals.
  • 2+ years of Management Experience
  • High School GED
  • Flexibile Schedule

 

Preferred Qualifications\:

 

  • 4 Years of timeshare experience in marketing & sales.
  • Proven ability to exceed performance targets. 
  • Proven ability to drive and execute site programs and systems.
  • 3-5 years related experience
