Position Overview
Responsible for overall functions of the initial hiring process and tracks affirmative action, recruiting, and retention information

Responsibilities
 Coordinate functions associated with the outsourcing system; including downloading and gathering applicant responses and sorting/prioritizing candidates.
 Call applicants and set up interviews.
 Enter recruiting, retention, and affirmative action information into a tracking system.
 Coordinate group and individual interview meetings with supervisors.
 Conduct or coordinate new hire orientation.
 Send rejection letters or postcards
 Follow up on results of prescreening results.
 Coordinate selecting and placing recruiting ads.
 Administer Exit Surveys with terminated employees.

Education and Experience Requirements
 High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
